Stacey’s fees are below the recommended consultation fee set by the Australian Psychological Society (APS), which is $315.

Referrals
Medicare referrals: Your GP can assess if you are eligible for a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP). A MHCP entitles you to a Medicare rebate to use for 6 sessions.
After the initial 6 sessions, you are required to return to your GP for a review, and to gain a further 4 sessions. Please note that you are only eligible for 10 rebated sessions per calendar year.
An Eating Disorder Management Plan (EDMP) written by a GP, Paediatrician or Psychiatrist allow individuals with a clinical diagnosis of an eating disorder, the ability to access to Medicare rebates for assessment and treatment.
This includes up to 20 dietetics services and up to 40 psychological treatment services over the course of a 12-month period.
The current rebate for a clinical psychologist is $141.85.
Private Health Insurance
Psychology services may be subsidized by your private health insurer if you have a suitable policy with extras cover.
Supervision can be provided in person or via Telehealth. Supervision fees are $225 per session.
Cancellation Policy
Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel your appointment without 24 hours notice, there is a fee of $100 that is payable prior to any further appointments being scheduled.
