Stacey creates a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours to uncover meaningful insights and achieve change. Utilising evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based strategies.
Stacey works collaboratively with clients to develop practical tools for managing symptoms, enhancing emotional resilience, and improving overall well-being. Appropriate referrals include: Major Depressive Disorder, Dysthymia, Bipolar Disorder, Social Anxiety, OCD, Panic Disorder, Generalised Anxiety Disorder and Health Anxiety.
